Background Business
Luther Odom is 23 years old got started in the storage business shortly after graduating high school. He began by managing a facility with 500 tenants in Mobile, Alabama, wanting to learn through the experience before going out and buying his own. After holding the management position for nearly a year, Luther purchased his first facility in Alabama. Since then, he most recently closed on his 5th facility, expanding his portfolio into Arkansas. In addition to running his own facilities, he is the head acquisitions manager for a storage investment company called Storage Nerds.

Luther’s Business Operations
After purchasing a facility, Luther makes it his goal to develop personal relationships with tenants and address their storage needs. He works hard to upgrade the properties and provide any necessary changes that provide the safety and security that every tenant deserves. Some of these changes include adding security cameras, fencing, building repairs, driveway/parking lot repairs, painting and more.

Luther’s Personal Life
Luther resides in south Alabama with his two chocolate labs, Dallas and Gauge. He spends his weekends hiking with the dogs, working on his boat, playing guitar, or putting in some overtime at one of his facilities.
